Introducing Baf Kuka, CEO of KIAH Health.
Baf Kuka is an AHPRA registered Paramedic with more than 40 years prehospital emergency care in Australia and ten other countries, underpinned by his extensive management experience.
Baf’s clinical career includes as aeromedical retrieval intensive care paramedic, HSEQ Advisor and emergency care management
consultant. A highly experienced trainer, he is focused on ensuring quality of care and ever increasing quality of service.
He has experience implementing world standard Ambulance intensive care; retrieval services; managing trauma and extended care in a helicopter, and clinical management on seismic vessels and oil rigs. He was a Hospital; and Community Health Councillor with the NSW Department of Health for four years, is a Hospital Auditor with QMS and a non-executive board member of a major regional university.
Baf holds an MBA, Bachelor of Health Science and a variety of managerial and organisational qualifications. He is a Member of Paramedics Australasia.

Dr Jon Field (Australia) is KIAH Health Chief Medical Officer, providing medical leadership. Dr Field is an Intensive Care Specialist who provides “top side” medical advice and support on a global level through “Docto.”
Dr Tim Harraway (Australia) is an expert Medical Retrievalist and Intensive Care Specialist
Dr. Edi Alpino (Indonesia) is a medical specialist in the field of work health safety and emergency response management.
Dr Elijah Kua (PNG) has worked in Oil and Gas for many years, He specialises in OHS and community engagement.
The Training Team
Jeff Woods is an AHPRA Registered Intensive Care Paramedic with more than 40 years experience in Pre Hospital Care underpinned by his Management Experience as a Senior Manager with New South Wales Ambulance Service along with many years in Motorsport Safety Management and Corporate Activities.
Operational Team
Aris Parut, RN (Indonesia) is a Registered Nurse and Senior Lecturer. He specialises in community care and tropical medicine.
Azli Latif, EMT (Malaysia) is Ambulance Operations Consultant, Aeromedical EMT and EMS Lecturer at Asia Metropolitan University.
Deployment Experience
While the KIAH Health Clinicians and advisors have exceptional professional qualifications, they bring organisational and operational experiences gained from different systems and countries, from community health promotion to disaster management, and everything in- between.
Medical facilitates where you need them, when you need them.
Deployable Mobile Treatment Clinics.
These structures are designed as immediately deployable mobile hospitals or clinics. They are purpose built using both a twenty foot and a forty foot long configuration for simple international transport.
While equipment is customised to the deployment needs, they are supplied with default clinical equipment including best-in-class resuscitation equipment and medications. All designed to provide reliable, safe and compliant clinical and operational needs. Patient and medication usage tracking systems as well as full real time inventory.
Clinics can be supplied fully stocked or tailored to specifications. They are continually monitored by GPS tracking.

Emergency Paramedic
The EPOD is designed for isolated work places, areas of earthquake activity, natural disasters and areas where explosions are a distinct possibility, such as the oil and gas resources or targets of terrorism. Is suitable for the resources sector as an aid to first responders and emergency response teams.
The EPOD Is stocked with enough equipment to re-stock Emergency Services Personnel. It stands ready to support any large scale disaster and can be quickly adapted to other uses, such as a mobile morgue in cases of disaster and mass casualties.

KIAH Health clinical leadership is drawn from the ranks of practicing clinicians, following a robust credentialing review.
We have close ties to a number of professional organisations representing industry, such as Australian College of Health Service Management and Paramedics Australasia.
An additional service is confidential patient tracking systems for drug and alcohol testing, return to work initiatives and psycho metric testing. KIAH Health can provide Employees Assistance Program (E.A.P.), Peer Support education training as well as a mental health first aid course.
